Dress & Dine for Success

The Commerce Undergraduate Society is delighted to invite you to one of our most highly anticipated events, Dress & Dine for Success. This is an inaugural event for all students at the Haskayne School of Business designed to help them integrate into the business world.
Taking place at the beginning of December, the event brings together students, faculty, sponsors, and the corporate community for a night of fashion, food, and etiquette. The event will be an invaluable experience for students of all concentrations. Throughout the course of the evening, guests will dine alongside their teachers and peers, whilst enjoying a selection of professionally prepared meals. During this period, distinguished speakers will share their advice and personal experiences to hopefully encourage proper etiquette behavior and professional fashion sense. All this will culminate in the event’s signature presentation: the fashion show. Coordinated in conjunction with JCREW, the show will highlight the do’s and don’ts of business wear, and address all the little nuances from proper footwear coordination to which suit buttons are done up. As one of the CUS’s most popular events, we adamantly believe that this event is instrumental in the education of any business student, and hope to see you there, ready to dress and dine for success!
We are pleased to announce that this year’s event will be held at the prestigious Marriott Hotel in downtown Calgary. We cannot think of a more fitting and professional environment for our premier event. Please arrive at 5:00 pm for our networking reception.
